1. Dedicated Accountant (Last Date: 03 Jan 2026)

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to manage the financial records of our non-profit initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring transparency and proper utilization of funds dedicated to our social impact projects.

🎓 Qualification Requirement (i(a)):

  • A Graduate degree is essential.

  • Proven experience of a minimum of three years in managing similar centers/projects within the social sector.

  • Candidates must possess working knowledge of computers.

  • A background in Social Work, Sociology, or Social Science is highly preferred.

🚀 Key Roles and Responsibilities (i(b)):

The Area Coordinator will be the pivot for project execution, encompassing:

  • Developing monthly/yearly action plans in collaboration with staff.

  • Submitting physical and financial performance reports to the concerned authorities.

  • Monitoring attendance and checking performance diaries of peer educators.

  • Organizing regular staff, planning, and review meetings (weekly/monthly/quarterly).

  • Facilitating and supporting external and internal monitoring and evaluation activities.

  • Moderating focus group discussions and Annual Review meetings to refine work plans.

  • Supervising project activities on a regular basis.

  • Organizing training and building the capacity of peers and project staff.

  • Preparing and submitting Progress Reports to NISD/Ministry.

  • Maintaining financial accounts and preparing financial reports in consultation with the Accountant.

  • Performing other organizational duties as assigned.
