The Family Planning Association of India (FPA India) is looking for a dedicated Accounts cum Statistical Officer to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Key Responsibilities and Required Skills
As the Accounts cum Statistical Officer, you will report to the Project Manager of the HCLF-Noida project. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience working with NGOs as an accounts officer and be well-versed in accounting software like Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Financial Management: Handling cash and bank books, preparing bank reconciliation statements, and managing payroll. You will be responsible for preparing various financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly project reports, as well as the final accounts for donors.
Statistical Analysis & Reporting: A key part of this role involves preparing and analyzing project reports against the budget. You will also create MIS statements and monthly statistical reports, and handle monthly project monitoring and evaluation reports using software like DHIS2.
Operational Support: The role extends beyond traditional accounting to include procurement, vendor management, and banking activities. You will also maintain various stock registers, such as for fixed assets, medicines, and consumables.
