Position Details & Key Responsibilities

As the Accounts Manager, you will be crucial to the organization's financial operations. The role requires a strong understanding of various accounting principles and practices. Key responsibilities include:

• Accounting & Auditing: Managing day-to-day financial transactions and preparing for audits.

• Vouching: Verifying and approving financial vouchers and documents.

• Bank Reconciliation: Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

• Compliance: Working with chartered accountants to ensure all financial records comply with regulations.

The salary for this position ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: A B. Com. degree is mandatory.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Latest is a must-have.

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, vouching, and bank reconciliation is required. Experience with chartered accountants is also essential.
