Key Responsibilities: The Core of the Role
The successful candidate will be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is a perfect blend of administrative and financial duties, requiring a versatile and adaptable professional.
Financial Management:
Daily Transactions: You'll be responsible for accurately entering daily financial transactions into accounting software like Tally/Busy or Excel.
Voucher and Record Maintenance: Preparing vouchers and meticulously maintaining records of all receipts and payments will be a key part of your job.
Petty Cash & Reporting: Handling petty cash and assisting with basic financial reporting will be part of your routine.
Bank-Related Tasks: You will also manage bank-related tasks, including withdrawals, deposits, and reconciliations.
Administrative Management:
Office & Record Keeping: Maintaining office files, documents, and ensuring proper record-keeping is crucial for an organized and efficient workflow.
HR Support: You'll be responsible for managing staff attendance and leave records.
Communication & Coordination: This role involves coordinating internal communication and meetings to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Vendor & Supply Management: You'll be in charge of managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors.
Event Support: When required, you will support field visits, events, and training sessions.
Who We're Looking For: Skills & Qualifications
Gunjan Foundation is looking for a candidate who is not only proficient in the required tasks but also possesses a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: You must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and have basic knowledge of Tally / Busy software.
Communication & Multitasking: Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential to manage the diverse responsibilities of this role.
