Administration Executive

Arpan is seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to fill the role of Administration Executive. This position is perfect for someone with a bachelor’s degree and 5 to 6 years of experience in administrative, executive, or similar roles. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and possess strong organizational, multitasking, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, both verbal and written, is also a must.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Office Management: Managing office supplies, printing, and ordering.

• Travel and Logistics: Arranging and coordinating travel for the team, including flights, trains, and hotel accommodations, ensuring all travel is safe and suitable.

• Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination: Negotiating the best rates for the organization and coordinating with vendors for various needs.

• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Systematically organizing and filing confidential company documents.

• Team Support: Supervising and mentoring junior staff and supporting the team's day-to-day requirements.

• Event Planning: Ensuring smooth venue and hall bookings for various organizational events.

The salary for this role ranges from Rs. 30,000/month or above, based on experience, with additional benefits like a travel allowance of Rs. 5,000, a therapeutic allowance of Rs. 2,000, and an annual training allowance of Rs. 5,000. The position is based in Goregaon, Mumbai.

Counsellor - Healing Services

For those passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, Arpan is also looking for a Counsellor in Healing Services. This role is central to the organization's therapeutic work and requires a compassionate and skilled professional.

Who should apply?

Candidates should hold a full-time Master's in Clinical or Counselling Psychology from a UGC-recognized university or a full-time MSW with specialization in Psychiatric Social Work or Mental Health. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in direct psychotherapeutic interventions with clients is required. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is essential for effective communication.

The scope of work for this position includes:

• Therapeutic Support: Providing psycho-therapeutic services to children and adult survivors of sexual abuse.

• Active Engagement: Conducting and submitting timely reports on counseling and CSA pan-India.

• Data Management: Maintaining the client database and documenting all cases in the organizational format.

• Group Sessions: Leading group sessions on topics related to mental health and self-care.

• Team Collaboration: Supporting the team in casework and other related tasks.

The salary for the Counsellor role is Rs. 28,000/month plus a monthly travel allowance of Rs. 5,200, a therapeutic allowance of Rs. 2,000, and an annual training allowance of Rs. 5,000. While the primary location is Goregaon, Mumbai, the role involves pan-India travel.
