We are looking for a dynamic, driven Assistant Manager for Partnerships & Alliance to join our Mumbai-based office.

The Role: Impact Through Collaboration

As the Assistant Manager – Partnerships & Alliance, you won't just be managing accounts; you’ll be building the bridges that fund life-changing programs. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, your primary focus will be to nurture donor relationships and expand CSA's network of corporate and individual supporters.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Donor & Partner Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential corporate partners, foundations, and High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).

• Relationship Management: Maintaining strong, long-term bonds with existing donors and ensuring high levels of engagement.

• Fundraising Development: Assisting in drafting compelling proposals and driving initiatives to meet organizational goals.

• Events & Engagement: Coordinating field visits, donor meetings, and special events to showcase the impact of our programs.

• Communication & Digital Presence: Creating visually appealing impact reports and managing social media updates using tools like Canva.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a professional who combines business acumen with a heart for social change.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications (Master’s preferred).

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in fundraising, CSR, corporate partnerships, or business development. Previous experience in the NGO sector is a significant plus.

• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva for creating communication materials.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, coordination, and the ability to translate complex program data into "visually compelling" stories.

• Flexibility: While based in Mumbai, this role requires a willingness to travel to other locations for field visits and donor engagement.
