The organization is a vital force at all levels—from the grassroots to the national stage—collaborating with hospitals and health authorities to improve the quality of treatment and holistic support services.

Through its extensive network of 141 CanKids Hospital Support Unit (CHSU) projects, the organization provides crucial support to children with cancer and their families, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

The Role: Assistant Project & Operations Manager

Based in Chandigarh, this role requires a candidate who is open to significant travel (50%) and is comfortable leading state-level projects and hospital-based support units.

You will play a pivotal role in:

  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with government officials, medical professionals, and internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery.

  • Operational Oversight: Managing project plans, budgets, and MoUs, while ensuring comprehensive documentation and reporting for the assigned region.

  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Conducting regular visits and evaluations of all CanKids Hospital Support Units (CHSUs) to maintain quality standards and operational effectiveness.

  • Data Management: Overseeing the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.

This position is perfect for a self-motivated and organized leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be reporting to the Head of the National Outreach Program or Regional Head and will be instrumental in expanding pediatric cancer care networks across India.
