Key Responsibilities of the Block Training Coordinator
The selected candidate will be the primary link between the foundation, block-level administration, and the community. Core duties include:
Operational Leadership: Managing Gram Panchayat Help Desks and coordinating with Project Implementing Panchayats (PIPs).
Welfare Facilitation: Conducting baseline surveys to identify excluded households and supporting MGNREGA demand generation and asset creation.
Capacity Building: Planning and delivering technical training sessions for community members and local stakeholders.
Monitoring & Reporting: Conducting field mentoring visits and maintaining accurate MIS data for timely reporting.
