New Opportunity: ECCE & FLN Trainer in Uran
Titli is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Trainer for Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN). This project-based consultancy role is vital for improving classroom outcomes for primary school teachers in the Uran, Navi Mumbai region.
Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
The selected trainer will lead an intensive 3-day, in-person training program designed for groups of approximately 19 to 25 teachers. The curriculum focuses on the core pillars of early education:
Foundational Literacy: Developing oral language, early reading, and writing skills.
Foundational Numeracy: Building number sense, counting abilities, and basic mathematical operations.
Active Engagement: Utilizing participatory and activity-based methodologies to ensure high levels of teacher participation.
Strategic Support: Assisting in the design of pre- and post-training assessments and developing a teacher monitoring framework to track classroom implementation.
