About the Role
As a CSR Executive, you will be a key player in bridging the gap between VANARAI's impactful work and its funding partners. The role is multi-faceted, requiring a blend of communication, coordination, and strategic skills. You will be the single point of contact for CSR partners, managing relationships and ensuring seamless communication. A significant part of your work will involve preparing compelling proposals, reports, and presentations that showcase VANARAI's achievements and future goals.
Who We're Looking For
VANARAI is seeking a motivated individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in liaising with funding partners. The ideal candidate will have:
A post-graduate or graduate degree.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (both written and spoken).
In-depth knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience in report writing, data management, and creating presentations.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
This role is a perfect fit for someone with a background in fundraising, business development, or grant writing within the social, gender, education, youth, or child development sectors.
Key Responsibilities
The CSR Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Coordinating with internal departments to gather information for funding reports.
Preparing and consolidating reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Acting as the primary liaison for all CSR partners.
Developing proposals for donors and other funding agencies.
Managing outreach programs and following up on potential leads.
Creating content for various platforms, including social media, articles, and case studies.
