The Role: Fueling Digital Education with Data Integrity
As a Data & Tech Associate, you will be the backbone of Quest Alliance's digital learning ecosystem, including the MyQuest App and Quest App. Your primary focus will be ensuring seamless data management, accurate reporting, and the effective use of technology across partner institutions.
This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical, and flexible problem-solver ready to take ownership of complex technical and data-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities You'll Own:
Data Management & Reporting: Ensure error-free data on the admin panel, support data uploads, and provide regional/state teams with weekly/monthly reports on engagement, demographics, and program trends.
Technical Support & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the QUESTApp, hardware, and networking at partner sites. Manage the inventory of ES labs and support the setup of new IT labs.
Capacity Building: Orient and train internal teams and external partners on data processes (SoP), data input tools, and the effective use of admin panels.
System Improvement: Gather and communicate field feedback to development teams, document technical issues and resolutions, and implement regular quality checks and audits to maintain data integrity.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with a strong foundation in both technology and data handling.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Data Science or Computer Science.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking issues.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing worksheets and databases, expertise in handling application front and backend admin panels, and strong skills in Application Management and Hardware & Networking.
Soft Skills: Excellent Communication Skills (English and one regional language), a natural Problem Solver, and a commitment to meticulous Documentation / Reporting.
Commitment: Must be flexible to travel 7-10 days a month.
