Pehlay Akshar Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of underprivileged children by equipping them with functional English language skills. As a Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in this process, working directly with students and teachers to improve learning outcomes and unlock potential.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Facilitator, you will be on the front lines of change. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating engaging sessions for students and teachers at government schools.

• Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

• Managing logistics for all training sessions.

• Maintaining a comprehensive database of training sessions, including feedback, testimonials, and media (videos and pictures).

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and a commitment to our mission. Pehlay Akshar Foundation welcomes candidates with 2-3 years of experience, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Key skills and qualifications include:

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Working knowledge of Marathi to effectively communicate with local communities.

• Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Office and Google functions.

• The ability to be a collaborative team player.

The position is based in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane, Maharashtra.
