The Role: Impactful Consultancy

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between policy and execution. You will be responsible for the end-to-end support of TNAPEx initiatives, focusing on coordination with key stakeholders such as MSMEs, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Strategic Documentation: Crafting high-quality concept notes, progress reviews, and detailed presentations.

• Data Intelligence: Collecting and analyzing field data and project metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitating workshops, outreach activities, and meetings with technical experts and vendors.

• Project Tracking: Monitoring fund utilization and tracking milestones to ensure timely programme delivery.

Who Should Apply?

Educational Background

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any of the following fields:

• Food Technology

• Agribusiness / Agricultural Sciences

• Management / Economics / Commerce

Experience and Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, food processing, or agri-value chains.

• Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.

• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.

• Strong coordination skills for navigating complex government and private sector environments.
