1. Operationalisation & Implementation Consultant

This role is the engine room of the advisory team, turning policy into practice.

  • Qualifications: A degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or an MBA from a reputed institution.

  • Experience: At least 3 years in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) or data analytics, specifically for government or development programs.

  • Core Tasks: You will handle the operational rollout of schemes, prepare action plans, and monitor the physical and financial progress of MSME programs using advanced dashboard tools.

2. Banking & Finance Consultant

Financial sustainability is at the heart of infrastructure growth. This role bridges the gap between policy and capital.

  • Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in Finance from a reputed institution.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in commercial banking, ideally with leadership experience and a background in MSME financing.

  • Core Tasks: You will design financing mechanisms, perform financial appraisals/modeling, and coordinate with major financial institutions to review legal and financial documentation.

3. Support Consultant

Effective governance relies on seamless coordination and data integrity.

  • Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate from a reputed institution.

  • Experience: 2–3 years in data handling, documentation, and reporting.

  • Core Tasks: You will provide vital operational support, manage IT module coordination for MSME initiatives, and facilitate capacity-building workshops for various stakeholders.
