Key Role and Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

Your HR responsibilities will be central to the organization's effective people management, including:

  • Payroll Excellence: Managing the end-to-end payroll process and ensuring the timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.

  • Compliance: Guaranteeing strict adherence to statutory compliance requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and various other labor regulations.

  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for employee attendance, leave, and general HR documentation.

  • HRIS/HRMS: Administering and updating HRMS applications to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

  • Reporting: Generating HR analytics and reports that provide valuable insights for management review and decision-making.

Office and Facilities Administration

Beyond HR, you will be the backbone of administrative support:

  • Office Oversight: Overseeing general office administration, coordinating with vendors, and managing facility-related activities.

  • Travel Desk: Managing all travel desk operations, including bookings, logistics, and processing reimbursements for staff travel.

  • IT Asset Management: Maintaining and tracking IT assets—covering allocation, tagging, maintenance, disposal, and coordinating with IT support and vendors for procurement and upkeep.

  • General Tasks: Handling any other administrative or HR-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
