About the Role
The HR Manager will be based at the Base Hospital in Udaipur, with a crucial oversight role extending to the City Centre and 12 Vision Centres, each staffed with 3-4 employees. This full-time position reports directly to the Executive Trustee, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Medical Superintendent for all NABH HR compliance matters. You will lead a small but vital team comprising members from Outreach, Administration, and Accounts.
Key Responsibilities: A Comprehensive Overview
This role is comprehensive and hands-on, covering the full spectrum of human resources. Your responsibilities will include:
Manpower Planning & Recruitment: Strategize and execute recruitment plans to attract and onboard top talent.
Onboarding & Induction: Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all new hires, facilitating their integration into the organization's culture.
Credentialing & NABH Compliance: Uphold and manage the rigorous standards of NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers), ensuring all HR-related compliances are met.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Oversee accurate payroll processing and ensure timely adherence to all statutory regulations.
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to foster a high-performance culture.
Employee Engagement & Welfare: Champion initiatives that boost employee morale, engagement, and overall well-being.
Grievance Handling: Act as a fair and impartial point of contact for all employee grievances.
HRIS & Data Management: Utilize HRIS for efficient data management and generating insightful MIS reports.
Multi-Location Support: Provide HR support and conduct field visits to the various Vision Centres, fostering a cohesive team across all locations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in the healthcare sector being a significant advantage. A solid understanding of NABH standards and compliance is essential. You should be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing a diverse team across multiple locations.
