A Multidimensional Role with a Focus on Community and Livelihoods
This isn't your typical marketing job. The selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of functions, from developing strategic communication plans to optimizing supply chains. The core of this role lies in establishing strong inter-communication between local entrepreneurs and villagers to promote project products and services effectively.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the rural development sector. Key responsibilities include:
Supply Chain Management: Leading and maintaining a robust supply chain to ensure maximum product consumption and customer satisfaction. This involves direct coordination of supply chain functions, resource optimization, and monitoring inventory levels.
Strategic Planning: Planning ahead for busy seasonal periods and developing strategies to maximize profitability.
Relationship Building: Fostering strong, cordial relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Fundraising and Development: Providing oversight and support for fundraising requests and reports, working closely with donor agencies.
Team Leadership: Overseeing the work of the Development and Marketing Assistant on various projects.

Be a resident of or have strong ties to Arunachal Pradesh. Candidates from the region will be given preference.
Possess their own laptop and conveyance.
