What You'll Do
As the M&E Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the project's success. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing Data and Reports: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate data and records, as well as preparing essential event and periodic reports. Your proficiency in MS Office and handling large datasets will be crucial.

Capacity Building: You'll have opportunities to participate in training programs, workshops, and exposure visits to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.
Who They're Looking For
TRCSC is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional who meets the following criteria:
Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of five years of experience, including at least two years in a leadership role.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to manage large datasets.
