What You'll Do

As the M&E Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the project's success. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring Project Activities: You'll oversee all project activities, ensuring they align with the implementation plan and timeline. This is where your organizational skills and attention to detail will shine.

• Managing Data and Reports: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate data and records, as well as preparing essential event and periodic reports. Your proficiency in MS Office and handling large datasets will be crucial.

• Research and Surveys: You'll get to conduct surveys and studies, providing valuable insights that will help shape the project's direction and effectiveness.

• Capacity Building: You'll have opportunities to participate in training programs, workshops, and exposure visits to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.

Who They're Looking For

TRCSC is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional who meets the following criteria:

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or a related field.

• Experience: A minimum of five years of experience, including at least two years in a leadership role.

• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to manage large datasets.

This is a contractual, yearly renewable position with a monthly remuneration of INR 32,500/- (CTC). You'll be based out of the TRCSC Field Office in Seraikela, with the project location being Kuchai.
