  • Data Management: Meticulously managing beneficiary profiles and ensuring all data is documented in MIS systems for accurate reporting.

IDF is seeking a professional with 3-5 years of experience in pre-placement, placement, and post-placement counseling, with a strong understanding of safe migration practices. Candidates with a background in social sciences or management are preferred. The role requires someone who is a skilled multi-tasker, thrives under pressure, and is comfortable traveling to various project sites.
