Key Responsibilities and Required Expertise

This multifaceted position requires a proactive and resourceful individual. Key responsibilities include:

• Building Networks: Identifying and partnering with potential employers, industries, and corporate partners at state and national levels to create a robust pipeline of job opportunities.

• Candidate Support: Conducting pre-placement counseling, mock interviews, and job-related orientation to prepare candidates for the workforce.

• Post-Placement Mentorship: Providing ongoing support and addressing any challenges women face in their new workplaces, from skill gaps to interpersonal issues. This includes tracking retention data and facilitating upskilling opportunities for career advancement.

• Data Management: Meticulously managing beneficiary profiles and ensuring all data is documented in MIS systems for accurate reporting.

IDF is seeking a professional with 3-5 years of experience in pre-placement, placement, and post-placement counseling, with a strong understanding of safe migration practices. Candidates with a background in social sciences or management are preferred. The role requires someone who is a skilled multi-tasker, thrives under pressure, and is comfortable traveling to various project sites.
