Key responsibilities include:

• Creative Documentation: Supporting the production of "Mohalla Safety Updates" using multi-media formats to document risks and protective strategies.

• Capacity Building: Coaching girls to identify early warning signs and boosting their digital and financial readiness.

• Ecosystem Engagement: Connecting peer networks with families, schools, and local leaders to create a stronger support system.

• Field Learning: Documenting on-ground insights to improve program quality and navigating the specific challenges of urban and peri-urban Bihar.
