Role Overview: Program Executive

The Program Executive role is central to the operational success of IAHAD. You will play a crucial part in various key areas, including administration, event coordination, membership management, and collaboration with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Management: Support the planning and execution of conferences, webinars, and workshops such as the National Haemostasis Update and National Haemophilia Care Meetings. This involves coordinating with vendors, sponsors, and ensuring all timelines are met.

  • Liaison: Facilitate communication and coordination for various IAHAD committees and work closely with vendors, partners, and other associations.

  • Membership & Data Coordination: Manage the registration and onboarding of new members. You will also coordinate with Haemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs) to collect crucial treatment data.

  • Educational Activities: Support the organization of educational webinars and workshops in collaboration with different committees.

  • Academy Platform: Assist in the development of the academy platform and coordinate with tech partners to make educational resources accessible.
