The Role: Driving Systemic Change

The Program Manager will be a central figure in managing and expanding this national network. This is a full-time contract position that requires a blend of strategic thinking and "on-the-ground" empathy, involving periodic travel across India to engage directly with partners.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Outreach & Onboarding: Leading due diligence for new partners and managing the onboarding of Fellows.

  • Partnership Management: Building sensitive, effective relationships with CSOs through regular field visits.3

  • Capacity Building: Mentoring organizations to improve outcomes in critical areas like Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN).

  • Knowledge Management: Transforming field learnings into impactful reports, media content, and strategic documentation.

  • Event Leadership: Orchestrating the Annual Partners’ Forum and specialized thematic workshops.4

Criteria Requirements Education
Graduate/Post-graduate in Education, Development, or allied fields (relevant experience also considered). Experience8–10 years total, with 4–5 years specifically in Education.
Expertise Backgrounds in CSR, philanthropic foundations, or teaching are highly valued.
Specialization Knowledge of education for children with disabilities or FLN is a major plus.
Languages Proficiency in English is essential; Hindi or regional language skills are preferred.
