The Role: Program Outreach Officer
As a Program Outreach Officer, you'll be a key player in the successful execution of STEM Learning's impactful educational projects. This role combines business development support, stakeholder management, and meticulous project oversight. You will work closely with corporate clients and the internal implementation team to ensure projects not only meet, but exceed, their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Support: Assist in drafting proposals and maintaining documentation for various projects.
Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure project success and satisfaction.
Program Coordination & Monitoring: Collaborate with the Program Implementation team to manage day-to-day operations, oversee project execution, and visit project sites to ensure effective delivery.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed project reports and maintain accurate records and databases.
This role requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a Master's in Social Work (MSW) and 5-8 years of experience. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to create compelling presentations and reports are essential. Immediate joiners with their own laptops are preferred.
