About the Role: Shaping the Future of Youth Safety

As a Programme Manager at YEF, you won’t just be overseeing tasks; you will be at the heart of the organization’s mission. You will play a pivotal role in deciding which projects receive funding and how they are evaluated to ensure maximum impact.

This role bridges the gap between funding and evidence-based learning. You will work in close collaboration with the YEF evaluation team to ensure that every project implemented contributes to a deeper understanding of "what works" in protecting children.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Strategic Selection: Choosing the best organizations to partner with by rigorously assessing funding applications, critically appraising delivery plans and budgets, and building relationships with potential grantees.

• Expert Guidance: Supporting and advising grantees on how to effectively operate within the framework of an evaluation.

• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with grantees, providing them with consistent management and support throughout the entire lifecycle of their funding.
