We're Hiring a Regional Manager for CSR Fundraising!

Are you a passionate and experienced professional ready to make a real difference in the lives of children? We're looking for a Regional Manager / Manager CSR Fundraising to join our team and drive fundraising efforts for the Annapoorna Morning Nutrition Program.

About the Role

This role is all about building strong partnerships and securing the funding needed to expand our reach. As a Regional Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our collaboration with corporates and other like-minded organizations. Your work will directly support our mission to provide essential morning nutrition to children across India. We have openings in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Delhi-NCR, offering a fantastic opportunity to work in a major metro area.

What You'll Do

Your primary goal will be to identify and secure new funding opportunities. This includes:

• Networking: Building and nurturing a strong network of CSR partners.

• Strategy: Developing and executing strategic campaigns to meet our fundraising goals.

• Proposal Writing: Drafting compelling grant applications and proposals.

• Digital Fundraising: Exploring and launching crowdfunding and other digital initiatives.

• Partnerships: Liaising with government departments and representing the Trust at key industry events to generate leads.

This role requires a proactive approach and a passion for creating impactful change.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for someone with a solid background in fundraising within the social or CSR sector.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree is required, and a postgraduate degree is a plus.

• Experience: You should have 5-7 years of relevant work experience.

• Salary: The role offers a fixed salary of ₹50,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month, plus a variable component based on your performance.
