Key Responsibilities: The Core of the Role
The Secretarial Executive will play a crucial role in providing seamless IT and administrative support, reporting to the PAO, NHSRC. This is a contractual position requiring a high degree of organizational and communication skills.
Your responsibilities will span across administration, IT facilitation, and documentation:
Meeting & Coordination: Scheduling and facilitating meetings, technical discussions, and demos with internal teams and external partners/vendors.
Documentation & Drafting: Drafting official communications, technical notes, meeting agendas, and minutes. Maintaining meticulous electronic and physical records for easy retrieval.
Administrative Processing: Handling vendor invoices, processing IT-related work orders and procurement files, and maintaining leave/attendance records for the section staff.
Policy Support: Assisting in the preparation of IT policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), RFP/tender documents, and compliance reports.
Data Management: Managing IT-related MIS, databases, trackers, and designing digital forms and reporting formats.
Logistics: Planning and managing logistics for IT workshops, training, conferences, and facilitating official travel arrangements.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
NHSRC is looking for committed and highly organized candidates who meet the following criteria:
Education and Experience:
Qualification: A Regular Graduate Degree (B.A./B.Com/B.Sc./BCA) combined with a Regular Master’s Degree (MA/M.Com/M.Sc./MCA).
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Age Limit: The maximum age is 40 years as of the application deadline.
Highly Desired Skills:
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in drafting notes and letters.
Strong administrative, organizational, and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good typing speed (35 wpm).
Working knowledge of GEM/Procurement/Tender processes is a distinct advantage.
Knowledge of Filing, Indexing, and Document Management.
Candidates with experience in Government, Quasi-Government, or Government-funded autonomous institutions will be given preference.
Compensation and Benefits
Location: New Delhi.
Remuneration: The monthly fee ranges between Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
Contract Duration: Initial contract till March 31, 2027, with the possibility of extensions based on satisfactory performance.
