Key Responsibilities: Driving Fundraising and Strategic Growth
The Sr. Manager – Corporate Partnership will be the primary driver of corporate giving and strategic business development for KIRAN Society. Key responsibilities include:
Fundraising Leadership: Achieving agreed-upon corporate fundraising targets and maintaining a robust pipeline of corporate donors.
Partnership Development: Building and sustaining long-term, strategic alliances with CSR foundations, private sector companies, and industry associations.
Proposal Excellence: Developing high-quality, persuasive proposals and grant applications that clearly align corporate interests with KIRAN's impactful programs.
Visibility & Networking: Representing KIRAN Society at major corporate forums and CSR platforms to boost organizational presence and credibility.
Stewardship & Reporting: Ensuring transparent, timely reporting to corporate partners and effective donor stewardship to strengthen long-term commitment.
Team Mentorship: Guiding and mentoring the fundraising team, fostering a culture of innovation and shared learning.
Is This Role for You? Essential Qualifications & Experience
This senior-level position requires a proven track record of success in the development sector. Ideal candidates will possess:
Education: A Master’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, or a relevant field.
Experience: A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, or CSR engagement, preferably within the development sector.
Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve significant fundraising targets and manage complex corporate relationships. Excellent proposal writing, communication, and presentation skills are mandatory, with proficiency in both English and Hindi.
Attributes: A strong ability to build networks and influence senior-level stakeholders, coupled with a willingness to travel within and outside Uttar Pradesh for partnership development.
