About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from partnering with hiring managers to define job descriptions to managing the offer rollout. You'll use your strategic sourcing skills to build a strong pipeline of diverse and underrepresented talent, and your expertise in inclusive hiring practices will ensure a fair and transparent process for all candidates. This role is a 12-month contract with the potential to convert to a full-time position.

What Social Alpha is Looking For

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the development, startup, or consulting sectors. You should have a deep understanding of equitable hiring practices, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for working in a purpose-driven environment. Familiarity with various sourcing platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is also essential.
