If so, Healing Fields Foundation (HFF) has a vital opportunity for a dedicated Training Coordinator to join their mission-driven team in Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand.
This is more than a job; it's a chance to be at the forefront of a movement that makes quality healthcare accessible and affordable for India's most vulnerable populations.
About Healing Fields Foundation (HFF)
Healing Fields Foundation is a respected non-profit organization committed to strengthening India's healthcare ecosystem from the ground up. By focusing on research, health management expertise, and capacity building, HFF empowers communities to take charge of their own well-being. They work collaboratively with government bodies, private agencies, and community organizations to build a sustainable health infrastructure, ensuring that even the most marginalized individuals have access to the care they deserve.

Healing Fields Foundation is looking for a proactive and organized Training Coordinator to spearhead their Community Health Education Project. The successful candidate will be based in key locations, including Banda, Pratapgarh, and Chitrakoot in Uttar Pradesh, and Palamu and Latehar in Jharkhand.
Reporting to the Program Manager or Chief Operations Officer, this role is central to the planning, implementation, and success of all training activities. The coordinator will be instrumental in nurturing and monitoring a network of Community Health Entrepreneurs (CHEs), who are the cornerstone of HFF's community-centric model.
Key Responsibilities of the Training Coordinator

Program Planning and Coordination: Develop monthly training schedules, prepare budgets, and manage all logistical aspects, including booking training venues and arranging materials.
Training and Content Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions for CHEs based on master plans. You will collaborate with faculty to update and refine training content, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful.
Field Monitoring and Support: Act as the primary link between the head office and the field. This involves following up with trainees, mentors, and health leaders, resolving on-ground issues, and providing continuous guidance and supervision.
Community Mobilization: Plan and execute community mobilization programs and health education sessions, providing hand-holding support to CHEs as they engage with the community.
Reporting and Documentation: Meticulously maintain program minutes, consolidate field reports, and utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) for efficient planning and reporting to the head office.
Team Development: Onboard and train new staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to contribute to the project's goals.

Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is mandatory.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Personal Attributes: This role requires extensive local travel. Candidates must be willing to be on the move and are expected to use a smartphone for MIS reporting (HFF may provide assistance in acquiring one).
