As a Trial Manager, you will be at the forefront of agricultural science, responsible for the planning, design, and execution of field trials across multiple locations. This role is crucial for developing the next generation of high-yield, disease-resistant seeds tailored to diverse climatic conditions. You'll be managing trial budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring every project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Trial Manager include a mix of technical expertise and team coordination:

• Trial Management: Planning, designing, and executing field trials in various locations.

• Team Leadership: Coordinating with breeders, product managers, and field staff to ensure seamless operations.

• Data Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting agronomic and yield data to inform key decisions.

• Reporting: Preparing detailed trial reports, presentations, and product profiles for stakeholders.

• Compliance: Ensuring all activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.

What It Takes to Succeed

To thrive in this position, candidates must have a strong background in agricultural science and possess a unique blend of skills. The ideal candidate will have:

• Educational Qualifications: A B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture or an equivalent degree.

• Professional Experience: Hands-on experience in hybrid evaluation, product advancement, and coordinating with breeding teams.

• Leadership Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and supervise field teams.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills for report writing, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Travel Readiness: A willingness to travel extensively to various locations, including Aligarh, Varanasi, Jhansi, Jaipur, Shivpuri, Khargone, Jabalpur, and Karnal.

• Mindset: A strong problem-solving attitude and an acute attention to detail.
