Joining the Mission: Field Training & Implementation Roles

To further its mission, trustea is seeking driven professionals for permanent, on-roll positions based in Silchar and Shreebhumi, Assam. These roles are designed for individuals who want to work at the intersection of traditional tea operations and cutting-edge sustainable practices, such as regenerative agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will act as the primary link between the organization and stakeholders. Core duties include:

• System Training: Organizing sessions for garden workers and small tea growers on legal compliance and resource management.

• Capacity Building: Developing user-friendly toolkits and guidelines to support the program's rollout.

• Impact Monitoring: Conducting regular site visits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with the trustea code.

• Value Improvement: Identifying best practices in water conservation, waste management, and biodiversity.

Who Should Apply?

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
